Southern Wake Campus (formerly Main Campus), where Wake Tech first opened its doors in 1963, is the home to college administration, including the President's Office and the Wake Tech Foundation. The campus offers the Associate in Arts and Associate in Science degrees for University Transfer, as well as Associate in Applied Science degree programs in Biotechnology, Engineering and Skilled Trades, Business and Public Services Technologies and Computer and Engineering Technologies. The 138-acre campus includes a physical education building/gymnasium, a culinary training facility with a restaurant and a cosmetic arts lab and salon. It offers a robust list of Workforce Continuing Education (non-credit) programs as well.

Wake Tech's Scott Northern Wake Campus opened in 2007 and serves students from Wake Forest, Rolesville, Knightdale, Wendell and points north. The 127-acre campus offers a robust University Transfer program as well as an Associate in Fine Arts degree program. It offers a variety of Workforce Continuing Education (non-credit) classes, including computer skills, Certified Nursing Assistant and Human Resources Development. The campus is home to Wake Tech's Corporate Solutions Division, which provides customized training for businesses. The campus also offers classes for students in the Wake Early College of Health and Sciences, a partnership with the Wake County Public School System. The Scott Northern Wake Campus has the distinction of being the first college or university campus in the U.S. where all buildings are LEED®-certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) by the U.S. Green Building Council.

The RTP Campus is on N.C. Highway 54 near Interstate 540 in Morrisville. Its next-generation learning environment is dedicated to the needs of individuals and corporations in western Wake County and Research Triangle Park. The first building officially opened in August 2018, and a second building, the Lilly Science and Technology Center, opened in March 2022. The campus is home to RTP Bio, a unique collaboration between Wake Tech and Durham Tech. Plans for the 94-acre site include up to nine instructional buildings with the capacity to serve as many as 7,000 students. Curriculum (for-credit) programs include University Transfer, as well as Business Administration, Business Analytics, Cybersecurity, Data Storage and Virtualization, Supply Chain Management and more. The RTP Campus also houses Wake Tech's Corporate Solutions Division, offering customized corporate training.

Wake Tech's Perry Health Sciences Campus offers credit and non-credit programs preparing students for careers in nursing, dental hygiene, emergency medical science and other high-demand health care professions. Wake Tech partners with WakeMed and other local health care institutions to provide students with extensive opportunities for hands-on clinical training and co-op work experiences. The campus features a state-of-the-art nursing simulation suite and an EMS ambulance bay and emergency services environment for training. The campus is also home to the Wake Early College of Health and Sciences, a partnership with the Wake County Public School System in which students work toward a high school diploma and an associate degree at the same time.

Wake Tech's Public Safety Education Campus, which opened in 2008, is a CALEA® Accredited Training Academy. The campus offers more training technologies and components under one roof than any other facility of its kind. Its state-of-the-art facilities include a forensics lab, an Incident Command Center, simulation and defensive tactics rooms and a mock courtroom and jail.

The Western Wake Campus opened in 2005 to serve students in southwest Wake County, including Cary, Apex and Holly Springs. The 55,020-square-foot facility offers the Associate in Arts degree program for University Transfer. It is home to Wake Tech's Business and Industry Services, which provides customized corporate training, professional development and apprenticeship and entrepreneurship programs, as well as the Small Business Center. Other Workforce Continuing Education classes include English as a Second Language, medical office assisting and computer skills.

Opened in early 2015, the Beltline Education Center is the hub of operations for Wake Tech's Workforce Continuing Education Division. It houses Wake Tech's College & Career Readiness programs: High School Equivalency Preparation (GED® and HiSET® tests), Adult High School, English as a Second Language and Adult Basic Education, including Pathfinder, which serves adults with intellectual disabilities. The Beltline Education Center is home to Wake Tech's Advanced Manufacturing Center, with a customized training space for Wake County businesses and individuals. A School of Cosmetology offers a streamlined, non-degree alternative for cosmetology training and certification and an on-site salon, staffed by students and open to the public.

The Eastern Wake Education Center provides non-credit training for residents in eastern Wake County. Programs include College & Career Readiness classes, High School Equivalency Preparation, vocational classes taught in English and Spanish and training in residential building analysis, escort vehicle operator, computer basics, sustainable gardening and job-search skills. The campus features the BPI Test Center, a 300-square-foot house constructed on site to serve as an energy audit laboratory, which is approved by the Building Performance Institute Inc. to offer the BPI-Certified Energy Auditor credential.

Eastern Wake 4.0 refers to the term Industry 4.0, a reference to a fourth industrial revolution, with the convergence of machines and processes with information and communications technology, such as 5G, big data and cloud computing. Plans for the 106-acre site include a Tech 4.0 facility supporting smart manufacturing, a Tower Technician apprenticeship program for 5G training and space for biopharmaceutical programs. The location will also include a Public Safety 4.0 Building with a realistic Simulation Center and Public Safety Driving Track.  It will also serve as the new home of the college's Emergency Management Technician program and state-of-the-art labs for Unmanned Aircraft Systems training. Future development plans include a STEM Building, a Workforce Continuing Education Center and an Innovation Center. Eastern Wake 4.0 is poised to become the college's seventh campus and a hub for educational and industry partnerships.

Wake Tech offers a variety of degree, diploma and certificate programs in fully online and hybrid format  for portable, self-paced learning. Wake Tech Online employs best practices for engaging students, providing feedback and fostering collaboration. Course previews allow students to determine if online learning is right for them, and new students are required to complete the eLearning Intro before enrolling. Faculty members complete a two-year Online Instructor Certification program. Online students enjoy the full array of Wake Tech student services and resources; in addition, the college provides technical support and access to discounts on computer hardware and software.

This five-year program, which includes WakeMed as a partner, is housed at Wake Tech's Perry Health Sciences Campus and Scott Northern Wake Campus. Students take high school honors classes for the first two years and are dual-enrolled in Wake Tech courses for the final three years, earning their high school diploma and an associate degree while completing prerequisite courses and gaining college transfer credit to prepare for a health sciences career.

Opening in fall 2023, this program is housed in the Lilly Science and Technology Center on Wake Tech's RTP Campus. Students take a blend of high school and Wake Tech courses in four program areas: Network Management, Computer Programming, Cybersecurity and Biotechnology. They complete the requirements for high school graduation while earning college credits toward an Associate in Applied Science degree.

The academy provides a strong academic foundation along with education and training in six career programs: Biopharmaceutical Technology, Cosmetology, Facility Maintenance Technology, Nurse Aide, Simulation & Game Development and Welding. Students complete the requirements for high school graduation while earning college credits that can be applied toward an associate degree, diploma or certificate at Wake Tech. Wake Tech also offers evening classes in these areas for adults pursuing degrees or seeking career advancement.
