You can manually set the speed for your ram in the BIOS. That's what I do. I dont' use the XMP Profiles because it also causes me system instability.

Yes it is stable as long as you set the speed for the specified speed on your ram. If you have 1600 then set it to 1600 and that will insure stability. You can also set it higher like 1866 to overclock your ram but sometimes you'll find it's not stable so just stick with the recommended speed and then you'll be fine :) If you go into your BIOS I think
it's under the AI Tuner

Thanks again! . here is the result :
i changed it to Manual instead of xmp and manually change the frequency to 1600 but the problem is still there !! then i discovered that the case with " CPU core ratio " and Sync all cores option so when i set it to Auto -- from [ auto - Sync all cores - per core ] -- it works and i restored the profile again to xmp and CPU core ratio to auto , now is that right ?? to set it to auto or Sync all cores is better ?

a shot from bios : http://www.kitguru.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/AI-Tweaker-1.jpg and for more http://www.kitguru.net/components/cpu/luke-hill/intel-core-i7-4960x-ee-cpu-asus-x79-deluxe-motherboard-review/4/

thanks a lot for help
